NLP
NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a name that encompasses the three most influential components involved in producing human experience: neurology, language and programming. The neurological system regulates how our bodies function, language determines how we interface and communicate with other people and our programming determines the kinds of models of the world we create. Neuro-Linguistic Programming describes the fundamental dynamics between mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) and how their interplay affects our body and behaviour (programming).
NLP is a pragmatic school of thought - an 'epistemology' - that addresses the many levels involved in being human. NLP is a multi-dimensional process that involves the development of behavioural competence and flexibility, but also involves strategic thinking and an understanding of the mental and cognitive processes behind behaviour. NLP provides tools and skills for the development of states of individual excellence, but it also establishes a system of empowering beliefs and presuppositions about what human beings are what communication is and what the process of change is all about. At another level, NLP is about self-discovery, exploring identity and mission. It also provides a framework for understanding and relating to the 'spiritual' part of human experience that reaches beyond us as individuals to our family, community and global systems. NLP is not only about competence and excellence; it is about wisdom and vision.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a behavioural technology, which simply means that it is a set of guiding principles, attitudes, and techniques about real-life behaviour, and not a removed, scientific theorem.
It allows you to change, adopt or eliminate behaviours, as you desire, and gives you the ability to choose your mental, emotional, and physical states of well-being.
With NLP, you learn how to grow from every single life experience, thus increasing your ability to create a better quality of life.
NLP is a very pragmatic technology based on an ability to produce your desired results, thus allowing you to become proficient at creating your future!
Why NLP?
Simply because it's proven to work, if you want to have more choices about your behaviour and emotion, to improve your relationships and the way you communicate, and create better results through becoming a greater thinker, then NLP can provide you with a step-by-step framework for achieving all this and more. Not just in the short term, but lasting transformation, which will stay with you for your entire life?
The thousands that have learned the secrets of NLP have been so successful because they have applied NLP to their daily lives. NLP is short for Neuro Linguistic Programming. And it's the same technology Oprah Winfrey, Tiger Woods, Anthony Robbins and Bill Gates (and hundreds of thousands of others) use to achieve consistent results most of us can only dream of.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a powerful body of information about how the human mind works. It stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a name that links the three elements involved in producing human experience: neurology, language and programming.
Neuro: Refers to the brain and nervous system, through which our experience
is processed via five senses:
- Visual
- Auditory
- Kinaesthetic
- Olfactory
- Gustatory
Linguistic: Is the verbal and nonverbal Language Communication Systems through which our neural representations are coded, ordered and given meaning. Includes:
- Pictures
- Sounds
- Feelings
- Tastes
- Smells
- Words (self-talk)
Programming: The ability to discover and utilize the programs that we run our communication to ourselves and others). In our neurological systems to achieve our specific and desired outcomes. The neurological system regulates how our bodies function, language determines how we communicate with other people, and our programming results in the models of the world we create.
